SUMMARY

Our esteemed client, a trailblazer in the agricultural industry, brings over four decades of expertise to the forefront of pest control solutions. Currently, they are seeking a Regulatory Manager to join their innovative team. In this position, you must have extensive experience dealing with the Act 36 Registrar, you must have extensive experience working on registrations for highly regulated products, and you must have a good understanding of GHS regulations and other legislation that governs highly regulated products, you will act as the link between the business, clients and regulatory authorities

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain regulatory standard operating procedures
Train staff in regulatory policies or procedures
Establish regulatory priorities or budgets and allocate resources and workload
Maintain current knowledge of relevant regulations, including proposed and final rules
Managing activities such as audits, regulatory agency inspections, or product recalls
Participating in the development or implementation of clinical trial protocols
Directing the preparation and submission of regulatory agency applications, reports, or correspondence
Providing regulatory guidance to departments or development project teams regarding the design, development, evaluation, or marketing of products

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Horticulture
AVCASA Certification in Crop Protection
3 – 5 years technical experience in a similar industry
